吕德晶，博士，讲师，硕士生导师，现就职于沈阳工业大学理学院数学系。

主要从事多智能体系统的控制理论及其应用研究。2018年9月至2023年6月在哈尔滨工程大学攻读博士学位，获得工学博士学位。2023年9月加入沈阳工业大学。
